Kingsley is a visionary Cameroonian entrepreneur and author with a career spanning Africa, the UK, and the US. Before founding Rainbow World Group, he led Wasserman Media Group's Africa strategy, advising governments, leagues, and clubs worldwide. He co-founded the African Fighters League (AFL) and Dambe Warriors. Kingsley holds a law degree from De Montfort University, a master's in history from Harvard, and executive education credentials from Harvard Business School and Wharton, demonstrating his diverse expertise in sports and business leadership.

Gary Finch is a pioneer in Africa's entertainment and telecommunications industries. As the former Head of Content for MTN Group, he managed digital content across 22 countries. He founded Content Connect Africa, the continent's first mobile music platform, transforming digital access. Gary co-founded Rea Music, sold to Sony Music, and led Universal Music South Africa and RPM Records. His expertise in content strategy, artist development, and digital distribution has driven innovation in Africa's music and entertainment sectors.

Scott Royster is an executive, entrepreneur and investor who spent 12 years, as CFO, helping build the largest urban entertainment company in the U.S. Subsequently, he started and ran two companies in the education sector, one focused on higher education across Africa. He is an active investor in companies of different stages and sizes, primarily in the U.S. and Africa, and has held multiple Board seats.

Francis is the co-founder and Africa Director of UK-based Sports PR and Communications company, Polaris Media. He Founded the Best of Africa (BoA) Awards that honors and celebrates philanthropic endeavors of leaders in African sports, entertainment and business. He is a Law graduate from Brunel University and also a Harvard Business School alumnus of Business of Entertainment, Media and Sports.

Mark began his career with Jive Records, shaping globally successful Rap artists and blending Hip-Hop with Pop for chart-topping hits. At Def Jam, he worked with legends like LL Cool J and Public Enemy. As an independent producer for Columbia, he crafted remixes for Seal and more. Through his publishing imprint, Plutonium, Mark secured song placements for major films and artists. An advocate for African talent, he now focuses on Pan-African media rights in music, TV, and sports.
